Objectives for BScN Degree Program:

Upon completion of BSCN degree, students will be able to demonstrate responsibility and accountability to the nursing profession by:

1. Adhering to established patterns of professional practices, which support the legal, religious, and ethical milieu of Pakistan.
2. Incorporate the nursing process to provide safe, competent, and holistic nursing care to clients in a variety of settings.
3. Utilizing effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills in their professional practice.
4. Utilizing effective oral and written communication skills in interpersonal and professional interactions with peers, clients, families and other professionals.
5. Demonstrating competence in the use of available resources to support the identified needs of individuals, families, and communities in diverse settings.
6. Demonstrating the ability to coordinate activities related to the provision of health care for clients in various settings.
7. Demonstrating awareness of the existing health care system and its policies as they affect the patient/client care.
8. Developing leadership skills to promote development of the profession

1. Matric science biology 55%
2. Intermediate pre medical FSc 50%
3. Age 14-35 years
4. All applicants are required to attend and pass the entrance test and interview.
5. All the admission process will be followed according to the school criteria including marks aggregation, entrance test results, and interview evaluation.
6. After clearing the entrance test, the applicants will be evaluated for personality assessment through a detail interview by the panel.
7. Fee and admission procedure must be completed as stated in the admission policy of the school.
8. Applicants will be required to complete a health questionnaire and acceptance on the program will only be granted if satisfactory health clearance received.
9. Application will be required to get all the necessary vaccination (at reasonable charge) before coming in contact with patients.
10. Applicants will sign a declaration form for any past criminal conviction and will provide a written consent allowing the school administration to check the record when needed. The school administration reserves the right to take action and refuse admission based on the judgment and ambiguity in the record of the applicant.
